Larsen & Toubro Ltd (Welding Products), Delhi

Our welding products branch is situated over at Vasant Apartments in Vasant Vihar. We are in Unit 130. It’s a well-known residential area in New Delhi, so it’s a bit different than being in a heavy industrial zone. We handle the distribution and inquiries for welding gear from here. The office is usually packed with brochures and technical manuals. It’s not a showroom, so don't expect a lot of shiny displays. It’s more of a hub for the guys who know the trade. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and contractors across Delhi. The space is practical. We have some samples around, but mostly it’s about the logistics of moving the products to where they need to be. Vasant Vihar is a nice area, though parking for delivery trucks can be a bit tricky sometimes. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We don't really do much advertising; people who need welding supplies usually find us through the trade circles. It’s a small, dedicated team here just keeping the wheels turning. We keep the kettle on and focus on getting the orders processed without too much fuss. It gets a bit busy toward the end of the month when everyone wants their supplies at once, but that’s just the nature of the business. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure the technical questions get answered.
