We are Lanco Infratech Limited, and you can find us at A 3, Navshakti Apartments. This is located in Ghitorni on the Mehrauli Gurgaon Road in New Delhi, 110030. Working out of an apartment building gives our office a different feel than a standard commercial block. It’s a bit more relaxed, and we know the security guards and the neighbors. The Mehrauli Gurgaon Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the honking and the engines all day. It’s just the soundtrack to our work. Inside A 3, we’ve set up our workstations and filled the rooms with all the equipment we need. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of people in, but we manage just fine. We don't have any shiny plaques or awards on the walls. Instead, we have maps and some old photos of projects we've worked on. It’s a very grounded place. We spend our time answering emails, talking on the phone, and trying to keep everything on schedule. Delhi is a busy place to live and work, and our office in Navshakti Apartments is our little corner of it. We don't put on any acts; we just do our work as best as we can. It’s a simple, honest office where everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We usually lock up around six and head home.
