Laing O'Rourke Construction Private Limited

Laing O'Rourke Construction Private Limited operates out of B-406 in the New Arohi Apartments. We are in Sector-12, Plot No. 13, in the Dwarka area of New Delhi. It’s a residential complex, so we try to keep things low-key and not bother the other residents too much. Our office is basically a few rooms where we manage all the legal and construction paperwork. It’s a bit of a trek for some of our workers, but Dwarka is a good, growing part of the city to be in. We have been here for a bit now, and the office is full of stuff we’ve collected over the years—samples, old blueprints, and lots of folders. We don't have a big fancy sign outside. Most people just know us by the address. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around, just one that does its job without a lot of fuss. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the accounts. It’s not a corporate environment. It’s more like a group of people working together in a flat to make sure things get built right. We have our coffee, do our work, and head home like everyone else in 110075. Most days are just spent on the phone or looking at site updates from our India based projects. It is simple but it works.
