Laing O Rourke Group (Uk Based Construction Company)

We have been working out of this spot in Mehrauli for a while now, specifically at Flat No-9 in Swastik Appartment. It’s a busy area in Ward No 8, and our space is pretty simple, just enough to get the daily paperwork done for the construction projects we handle. People know us as the Laing O Rourke Group. Since we have roots tied back to the UK based construction company scene, things can get a bit hectic with all the coordination, but we manage. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us here dealing with calls or checking over site plans. It isn't a fancy office with big signs or anything, just a practical place to base ourselves in New Delhi. Most days involve a lot of back and forth between here and different sites. We try to keep things organized, though with construction, something always comes up at the last minute. If you’re looking for us, we are right here in the residential block. It’s quiet enough to focus but close enough to the main parts of town. We’ve been at this for some time and just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a small team running things from this flat, making sure the local operations stay on track. We don't really do much in the way of big presentations, just regular building work and keeping the records straight for the 110030 area.
