Laing O Rourke Construction Private Limited

We operate out of New Arohi Apartments in Sector-12 of Dwarka. It's in B 406 on Plot No. 13. Being in an apartment complex makes the work day feel a bit different than being in a big commercial hub. It’s a bit quieter, which is nice when we need to focus on construction plans or budget numbers. We’ve been here in New Delhi for a while now under the name Laing O Rourke Construction Private Limited. The office is basically where we do all the paperwork and planning before heading out to various sites. Dwarka is a big area, so we are often driving back and forth to check on things. We aren't the type of company that has a big polished lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find us surrounded by blueprints and coffee cups. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that, so we just rely on the work we do to speak for itself. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, or there’s some noise from the neighbors, but it’s a good place to be based. We keep things simple and just focus on getting the projects finished on time. It's just a few of us here making sure everything runs as it should. We prefer it this way because it’s more personal and less about the corporate image.
