Kumar Book Corner

Kumar Book Corner is located at Shop No.F-92/14 in the Munirka Market. We are tucked away in the Hanuman Mandir Market area, right behind the OBC Bank. If you know Munirka, you know it can get pretty crowded and loud, but that’s just how it is. We’ve got books stacked up everywhere inside. It's not a huge space, but we try to fit as much as we can on the shelves. Most people find us because they’re already in the market for something else. We handle a lot of school books and general stationery items. The shop stays quite busy in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. There’s always a bit of dust because of the main road nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass counters. It’s a family-run kind of thing, nothing too formal. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us here every day. We know where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time. The location behind the bank makes it a bit quieter than the main street, which is nice. We get students coming in from the nearby areas looking for guides or registers. It’s a straightforward shop for people who just want to buy their books and go home. We keep things simple and try to have the usual stuff in stock.
