We operate out of Manish Plaza-1, specifically in unit F-9 on the first floor. This is in Plot Number 7, which is part of the MLU in Sector-10. It’s a pretty standard commercial building, so there are always people coming and going from the various offices around us. Our space is fairly simple, with a couple of desks and a lot of lighting to help us see the stones clearly. We don't have any big plush sofas or expensive art on the walls. Mostly, it's just calendars and some charts about gem weights. We like being in Sector-10 because it’s easy for us to get to and there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. The first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the lift every time we need to step out for a minute. Most of our day is spent at the computer or looking through the loupe at the inventory. It can be a bit repetitive, sorting things by size and color, but it is steady work that we enjoy. The office can get a bit cluttered with shipping boxes and paperwork, but we try to clear it out once a week. It is a straightforward business without any of the extra fluff you might find in a big city showroom. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is accounted for before we lock up.
