You can find us at Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj over in Dwarka at the Dja Apartments, Plot-1A, Sector-13. It’s a bit of a different feel being in an apartment complex like this, but it works for us. We are in Unit A-109, and it’s a quiet enough spot to get our heads down and focus on property details. New Delhi is always moving fast, but Sector-13 has a bit more of a residential pace which we appreciate. We have our computers, a few printers that sometimes act up, and plenty of files tucked away in corners. We don’t go in for much decoration or fancy stuff. It’s about the work. We talk to people about real estate and try to make sense of the local market without using too much jargon. Most of our days are spent checking figures and writing things up. We drink a lot of tea to stay sharp. The commute for some of us can be long, but once we get into the office, it’s all business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. It’s just a place where we do our jobs and try to be helpful. The neighbors in the building are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a basic, functional space for our daily tasks.
