Jiwan Spices Enterprises

We've been here in Dashrat Puri for a while now. It's on Street No-09, near the Shani Mandir. Most people around here know where that is. We spend our days dealing with spices at Jiwan Spices Enterprises. It's a lot of grinding and packing. The shop gets pretty dusty by noon. We try to keep things moving so the orders go out on time. My brother helps with the heavy bags. It's not a fancy setup, just a regular place where we get the work done. We see a lot of the same faces every week. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the spice smell really strong, but you get used to it. We just focus on getting the right mix for the people who buy from us. It's simple work but it keeps us busy. The street gets crowded in the evenings, so we usually try to load the trucks early. We don't have a big office, just a small space to sit and handle the paperwork. It works for us. If you're walking past the temple, you can usually smell what we're grinding that day. We've lived in this part of town forever, so we know the neighbors well. It’s just us doing what we know how to do with the spices we have. We don't do anything too complicated, just plain old hard work every day. It’s a living that suits us well enough.
