Being situated here means we see a lot of people coming through from both Delhi and Gurgaon. Our setup is pretty simple. We don’t have any of those high-end showrooms with mood lighting. It’s just an office where we sit down with clients and look at what can be done with their houses or offices. We do a lot of the drawings and planning ourselves. It’s a lot of work to get the measurements right and to make sure the materials are what the client expected. Sometimes we spend hours just talking about where a single light switch should go. We try to be very practical and don't really go for the over-the-top styles unless that’s specifically what someone asks for. Most of the time, we’re out on sites checking that the work is being done correctly. Construction is messy, and there’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting at the last minute. We don't mind getting our hands dirty to make sure things are done right. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we’ve seen all sorts of projects. We just take it day by day and try to keep our customers happy with the final result.
