Jatana Foundation

We’re located over in Raj Nagar II, which is part of the Palam area in South West Delhi. Our address is Rzf-777/6A, Gali No-16. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the local streets, but we’ve been here long enough that we know every corner. We’re just a small team of people working out of this office. It’s not some big corporate headquarters. It’s just a place where we can sit down and focus on the tasks at hand. Palam is a lively place to be. There’s always something happening outside the window. We spend our time working on various projects for the foundation. Some of it is boring paperwork, and some of it involves talking to the neighbors and seeing what’s going on. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just the Jatana Foundation, and we’re here in Raj Nagar trying to stay useful. The heat in the summer can be tough in these narrow lanes, but we make do. We’ve got a few fans and plenty of water to get through the day. Most people who come by are just locals looking for a bit of help or wanting to know what we do. We try to be straight with everyone. No fancy talk, just honest work. That’s how we’ve always done things here since we started. It’s a quiet life but we stay busy enough.
