We have been here at the Main Bus Stand in Palam Colony for quite a while now. You can find us right near the Gol Chakar, it is a busy spot but everyone knows where it is. Being at Wz-10 means we see a lot of people coming and going every single day. Most folks around here just drop in when they are passing by the bus stand because it is convenient. We handle a lot of different things related to travel and trips. It is mostly just about getting things sorted for people who need to get from one place to another without too much trouble. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we sit and work through the bookings. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with all the buses outside but we are used to it by now. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks for a ticket or a plan, we just look into what is available and tell them. Dealing with travel means things change a lot, like timings and prices, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the computer screen. It is a local business and we know many of the faces that walk through the door. Palam is a tight area so word travels fast. We just stay focused on the work at hand and help out whoever stops by the desk. It is a busy life but we like being right in the middle of the action here.
