This is the part of New Delhi where the real dairy work happens. We are surrounded by other dairies and lots of animals. It’s not a quiet place and it definitely doesn't smell like a perfume shop. We are in the business of milk and cows. Our days start very early, usually before the sun is even up, because that’s when the dairy work is most intense. We aren't a big corporate dairy with stainless steel everything. We are a more traditional setup in Goyla Dairy. We work hard to keep the animals healthy and the milk moving out to people. The roads around here can get pretty muddy when it rains, and the traffic is mostly milk vans and fodder trucks. We have a simple office on the plot where we keep our records. We don't use any marketing talk or fancy words. We just deal with the daily reality of running a dairy farm in Delhi-110075. It’s honest, physical work that keeps us busy seven days a week.
