Jai Prakash Associates Ltd.

We are located at House No. 162 in Munirka Village, New Delhi. This is the house of Shyam Singh Rathi, and Jai Prakash Associates Ltd uses a portion of it for our operations. Working out of a village area like this in Delhi is different from being in a high-rise. It’s more personal and a bit more relaxed, though the work still gets done. The lanes around here are narrow and can be quite a maze for someone who isn't from the area. We have been at this address for some time now. Inside, it’s just a standard office setup with computers and plenty of chairs for when people come by. Because it is a house, it has a different vibe than a commercial building. It’s a bit more comfortable. We deal with various company matters here, mostly clerical stuff and coordinating with other departments. The local area is busy, with shops and other houses all packed together. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. We don't have any big marketing slogans or anything like that on the walls. It’s just a place where we sit and work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or it gets noisy when there is a celebration in the village, but that’s just part of being here. We like the community feel of Munirka Village. It’s an unpretentious spot for an office, and we do our best to stay organized despite the cramped quarters.
