Jai Prakash Associates Ltd

We are located in Munirka Village at House No. 162, which belongs to Kartar Singh Rathi. If you’ve ever been to Munirka, you know the lanes are narrow and it’s always crowded with people. It’s a very lively place to have an office for Jai Prakash Associates Ltd. We are tucked away in the middle of the village area. It’s not like a high-rise office building at all. It feels much more like a regular house because that is exactly what it is. We have a few rooms set up with desks and chairs. It’s a bit tight when we have a lot of people in, but we’ve managed this way for a while. The sounds of the street come right through the windows. You can hear the vegetable sellers and the bikes going past. It gives the place a real local feel. We do a lot of our coordination from here. There is always a pot of tea being made somewhere in the back. We don't have a big reception area or any fancy stuff. We just have our work and our team. Sometimes the mail takes a bit longer to find us because of the house numbers, but we are used to it by now. It’s a simple, no-nonsense setup. We like being part of the village atmosphere. It’s honest and keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days of the week. It works for us.
