We are J K Das, and you can find us at Ansal Chambers 2, room 507 A, in Bhikaji Cama Place. This part of Delhi is always buzzing with people and cars. Our office is up on the fifth floor, so we are a bit removed from the noise of the street. It’s a basic office setup with a few desks and some tall cabinets for all our files. We don’t have any decorations on the walls or fancy lights. It’s just a place to get work done. We spend most of our time on the computer or talking to people who call in. Bhikaji Cama Place is full of big offices, but we keep our operation small and manageable. We don't have any promotional slogans or big goals. We just focus on the tasks at hand each day. For lunch, we usually head down to one of the many food stalls in the area. It’s a good chance to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. The elevators in the building can be a bit temperamental, so sometimes we have to wait a while. We’ve been in this spot for several years and have gotten to know the security guards and the other tenants. It’s a very standard office life. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just do the paperwork and the tasks that come our way. It’s a steady and honest way to make a living. Usually we're here until evening time.
