We've been at the Ircon Employees Group Housing in Sector-18 for a while now. This part of Dwarka, specifically Plot-14, is where the team at Itd Cementation India Ltd. handles the day-to-day work. It is not a fancy glass office, just a practical space where we get things done. Most of us take the metro or drive through the busy Delhi streets to get here every morning. The area is mostly residential around us, so it stays fairly quiet during the afternoon hours. We spend a lot of time on site, but this is the home base for the paperwork and the planning. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea, but that is just how it goes in a real office. People here know each other well. We have been part of this neighborhood for some time. Dealing with the heat in New Delhi is part of the job, especially in the summer months. We just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks at hand. There is always a lot to manage with the projects, but we try to keep it organized here at the Dwarka office. It is a straightforward setup for people who just want to work. It might be a bit crowded with all the files sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the projects and the numbers.
