At Ircon International Ltd., our office is located at Ircon Cghs Ltd, Flat No.-B505 on Plot-14 in Sector-18A of Dwarka, New Delhi. The pin code is 110075. We are basically inside a residential society, which gives the whole place a different feel than a standard commercial zone. It is a lot quieter here, which helps when we have to concentrate on the numbers and reports. Flat B505 isn't a huge space, but it’s enough for our small team. We’ve got the usual computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and plenty of chairs for everyone. Sector-18A is a decent part of Dwarka, and the security at the gate of Plot-14 is pretty strict, so we always have to make sure guests are signed in properly. Working out of an apartment flat means we have a kitchen for making coffee and a small balcony where we can take a break. It feels a bit like home, honestly. We don’t have any big corporate signs or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Dwarka is a big place, but once you find the right sector, it’s easy enough to navigate. We’ve been here for a while, and the routine is pretty set. It’s an unpretentious way to run an office, and it works just fine for what we do at Ircon International Ltd. We have stacks of files and a lot of work to get through, but we keep at it day after day.
