Ion Exchange India Ltd

Our office is located at M-165 in Lado Sarai, near the Laxmi Public School in the Mehrulli area of New Delhi. It is tucked away in a spot that can be a bit hard to find if you aren't familiar with the landmarks. We are right there with Mahavir Singh Sejwal. The neighborhood is very old and has a lot of character, but the streets are pretty narrow and can get jammed with cars and rickshaws easily. Inside the office of Ion Exchange India Ltd, things are pretty basic. We have our desks, some old computers, and a lot of binders full of information. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction that always seems to be happening nearby in Delhi. We spend our days mostly answering calls and filling out forms. It’s not a high-tech place by any means. We have a small area where we keep our tea kettle and some biscuits for when we take a break. The school nearby means there is a lot of noise from the kids during the day, which keeps things from being too quiet. We’ve been here for a long time and know most of the people on the street. It feels like a small community. We don't have any big corporate signs out front. People just know where we are. We just focus on getting our work done and making sure everything is in order before we head home for the day to rest.
