Our office is located at Rz-196C-2B in Rajnagar Part II, which is part of Palam Colony in New Delhi. If you’re familiar with the 110045 area, you know it’s a packed neighborhood with a lot of energy. Ijm (India) Infrastructure Ltd has been operating out of this spot for quite some time. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in Gurgaon. It’s a real, lived-in office in a busy part of town. We’re surrounded by other local businesses and houses, which makes it feel like we’re part of the actual city. We spend our days dealing with infrastructure plans and a lot of paperwork. The office isn't always the tidiest, especially when we have big projects going on, but we know where everything is. We don’t bother with fancy slogans or corporate branding. We’re just a team of people who show up and do the work. The traffic in Palam can be a headache, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just part of being in Delhi. We keep our operations straightforward and don’t try to be something we’re not. Ijm (India) Infrastructure Ltd is just our company name, but this office in Rajnagar is where the actual effort happens every day.
