Ijm (India) Infrastructure Ltd

Up in New Delhi, specifically at 17, Roshan Mandi, is where Ijm (India) Infrastructure Ltd is based. We are right near the Power House in Najafgarh, which is a pretty well-known landmark for anyone around here. The area is always moving, and there is a lot of noise from the markets and the street. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's a practical space where we handle all the logistics for our projects in the north. We’ve got 110043 as the pincode, and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. The building is simple, and inside it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the sites. When we are in the office, it’s usually to sort out some problem or another. It’s not a polished environment, and we like it that way. It feels real. We deal with the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter without complaining much. It’s just how work is in Delhi. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have our daily tasks. People drop in, we talk about the work, and then we get back to it. It’s a straightforward way to run things in a busy place like Najafgarh, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
