Ifitness

Ifitness is over at L 1 on the third floor in Green Park Extension. We are right opposite the Green Park Market, which is a very well-known and busy spot in Delhi 110016. Being on the third floor means there are some stairs to deal with, but it is not a big deal once you get used to the climb. The location is very handy since you can do your shopping or grab a snack at the market and then head over here. We have been at this Green Park Extension address for some time now. The space is decent and functional, nothing over the top or too polished. We just have the stuff you need. People from the offices nearby and the residents around Green Park show up at all different hours. Sometimes the place is real quiet and other times it is packed to the doors. That is just how it works in this part of Delhi. We do not have a big team writing brochures for us. We just wanted a place where people can focus on their fitness without a lot of extra nonsense. Since we are opposite the market, most rickshaw and auto drivers know exactly where to drop you off. We are just local people running a place for other locals. If you are looking for L 1, you will find us up there. It is a simple setup that works for the regulars.
