You can find Idms Holidays right in the middle of the Main Market in Satya Niketan. We are on the first floor at number 282, which is right across from Venkateshwara College. Being so close to the college means there is always a lot of energy outside. Our office isn't very large, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our time looking at maps and checking flight schedules for people. It is a family-run kind of vibe here. We deal with all sorts of holiday planning, whether it is someone wanting a quick trip or a longer family vacation. The market outside can get really noisy, especially during lunch hours when students are everywhere. We’ve been at this address for some time and most people around here know us. We don't use any complicated systems, just a couple of computers and some notebooks. If you walk up the stairs, you will see our door. We try to keep things relaxed. Planning a trip shouldn't be stressful, so we just sit down and talk through the options. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation.
