Our office is right in the middle of Shiv Main Market in Vijay Enclave, specifically at Rz-F-3 on the ground floor. Being in the Palam area means it’s almost always crowded and noisy outside, which is just part of the daily routine for us. Hotel Raghvan Residency is managed from this small spot tucked away near the market. You can hear the vendors calling out and the motorbikes zipping past all day long. It’s a ground-floor unit, so it’s easy to duck in and out when we need to run errands. Inside, it’s a bit cramped with all the desks and filing cabinets, but we make it work. We spend our hours coordinating with the staff and making sure the residency is being looked after properly. There’s no fancy air-conditioning system that actually works all the time, so we rely on the ceiling fans and keep the door open when we can. It’s a very local, hands-on environment where we deal with problems as they pop up. We don’t spend money on expensive decor or a receptionist; we just handle the business ourselves. The location is convenient for us since everything we need is right there in the market. It’s a gritty, busy place but it’s where we get our work done every day without any unnecessary polish.
