Our office is in Katwaria Saray, which is a busy part of the Hauz Khas area in New Delhi. We are at F-34, right in the middle of all the noise and energy of the city. If you have ever been to Katwaria Saray, you know the streets are narrow and there are people everywhere. It is a very lively place to be. Our workspace is quite basic. We don't have any marble floors or glass walls. It is just an old-fashioned office where we handle our management consultancy work. We have been here for years, and we know all the local tea vendors and the shopkeepers nearby. We don't try to act like a big, fancy company. We are just a group of people who are good at what we do and like to keep things simple. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The traffic in Delhi is always a challenge, so we have learned to be patient over the years. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and talk to each other like normal people. The building is not the newest, but it feels like home to us now. We don't spend money on things like advertising or big signs. Most of our work comes from people who already know us and trust us. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the city chaos. It is a good place to work.
