Our spot is located at 4 Development Enclave, right along Rao Tula Ram Marg in Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic passing by on the main road. We use Post Bag -08 for a lot of our mail, which is how most things reach us here at Govt Of India. The enclave itself is a bit removed from the loudest parts of the street, which helps when we’re trying to focus. It’s a standard office setup, nothing you’d see in a magazine. We’ve got the usual desks and piles of documents that never seem to get smaller. Most days start early with a cup of tea and a look at what came in the mail the day before. The building has been here for years, and you can tell by the way the walls look and the sound the elevator makes. We aren't here to impress anyone with a lobby or fancy lights. It’s just a place where the work happens. Sometimes the heat in Delhi gets a bit much, but the fans keep things moving. We see a lot of people coming in and out for different reasons, all part of the daily grind. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't spend much time worrying about the looks of the office as long as there’s space to sit and write our reports.
