You can find us at House 368 in Pandit Mohalla. It is tucked away in Aya Nagar, which is a busy part of New Delhi. The streets here are narrow and there is always something happening outside the door. We have been operating from this house for some time. It is a simple setup with just enough space for our files and a couple of computers. The traffic in Delhi can be a real headache when we need to move equipment or get to a site across town. Usually, we start the morning with a quick meeting right there in the front room. The neighbors know us well because we’ve been around so long. It gets very hot in the summer months, so the fan is always running. We mostly deal with local construction needs and government-related paperwork. There is no big sign outside, just the house number and people asking around for the construction office. We keep things pretty straightforward and don’t bother with fancy decorations or anything like that. Our day ends when the sun goes down and the street lights come on in the mohalla. Sometimes we stay late if there is a deadline for a tender or a report. It is just a regular local operation making sure the work gets done correctly without too much fuss. Most of our tools are kept in the back or out at the current job location.
