Gouri Clinic

Gouri Clinic is located at Shop No-167 on the first floor of the Vardhman Star City Mall. This is in the Palam Extension area of Sector-7 in Dwarka. It’s a busy mall, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. Being in a mall is actually quite handy because patients can find parking easily, which is usually a nightmare around here. Our clinic is just a simple shop space that we turned into a medical office. We have a small desk where you sign in and a couple of rooms for the doctor to see people. It’s nothing fancy. The walls are white and we have some basic chairs for waiting. Sometimes when the mall is crowded, it gets a bit noisy, but once you’re inside the clinic, it’s mostly quiet. We see a lot of locals from Dwarka. People stop by for general checkups or if they have a fever. We’ve gotten to know the other people who work in the mall too. We often get tea from the little stall downstairs during our breaks. We don't have a big mission statement or glossy brochures. We just open up, see our patients, and go home. It’s straightforward work for us. We try to be helpful and honest with everyone who walks in. If the wait is long, we just tell them straight. No use in making people wait without knowing.
