Global Steel Holding Limited (Promoter Of Ispat Industries)

This is the ground floor office at B-1/38 in Safdarjung Enclave. It is Global Steel Holding Limited. We are the promoters for Ispat Industries. New Delhi-110029 is a pretty busy area most of the time, but our little spot is relatively quiet considering we are right on the ground floor. It is an older building that has some character to it. We don't have those shiny marble floors you see in the brand new malls around the city. Just a functional workspace with enough room for everyone. We deal with steel things mostly. Being in Delhi, the weather gets really hot in the summer months, but we manage with the fans and the AC. People come by to discuss business and we usually sit down with some chai and just talk. It is not a flashy setup at all. We focus on what needs to be done for Global Steel Holding Limited. The Safdarjung area is nice because everything you need is close by. We have been here for a good bit now. It is just how we operate. We don't have a massive sign out front, just a small one so people can find B-1/38 without getting lost. Most of the time it is just the sound of keyboards and the occasional delivery guy knocking on the door. It is a grounded place. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just a team working out of this Delhi address, making sure the Ispat Industries side of things stays on track.
