You can find us right across from the Gaur Medical Store at RP 169 in New Delhi. Being in this part of town means we are always in the middle of some kind of activity. We do a lot of contracting work, mostly focused on the development side of things. It’s a lot of coordinating between different crews and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and that's when things get interesting. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit, and people in the neighborhood usually recognize our trucks. We don't put much stock in being fancy; we just want the walls to be straight and the roofs to be solid. The office is often a bit messy with blueprints and receipts everywhere, but we know where everything is. Managing construction projects in Delhi takes a lot of patience. There’s always something that needs fixing or a change in plans. We just roll with it. Our team consists of people who have been doing this for years, so we don't need a lot of oversight. We just get the job done and move on to the next one. It’s hard work, especially in the summer heat, but it’s what we do. If you pass by the medical store, you'll likely see us coming and going throughout the day. We don't have a lot of time for long meetings. We'd rather be on the site making sure the bricks are being laid right. It keeps us grounded and focused on the physical work that needs doing.
