We are located on the third floor of House Number 10 in Vasant Nagar, New Delhi. It’s right near the R.R. Hospital, which is the easiest way to tell people how to find us. D.D. Sharma is the person who keeps things running here. Vasant Nagar is a busy area, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window. Freight is a tricky business because there are so many moving parts. We deal with all sorts of paperwork and tracking numbers all day long. The office is a bit cramped with all the files, but it’s where we do our best work. Delhi traffic is always a conversation starter when people visit us. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighborhood feels familiar now. We don’t use any fancy logistics software that claims to do magic; we just use our heads and our phones to get things sorted. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to make sure freight moves across the country without getting stuck. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the ones who get the job done right from our little corner. It’s a steady routine of calls, emails, and making sure everyone is on the same page.
