Flex Appeal Fitness Centre

Flex Appeal Fitness Centre is down in the basement at Plot No-C-699 in the Palam Extension area. We are located in Dwarka Sector 7, quite close to Shiksha Bharti School and Ramphal Chowk. It is a busy part of the city, so having a gym in the basement helps drown out some of the traffic noise. The space is packed with quite a bit of equipment. We have a lot of iron weights and some cable machines that we try to keep in good working order. If something starts squeaking, we usually get the oil out pretty quick. The floor is covered in thick rubber mats to help with the noise when people drop the heavy stuff. We have a mix of people coming through the doors, from young kids starting out to some of the older residents of Sector 7. It is a friendly environment where everyone just does their own thing. We don't have a lot of fancy rules here. We just ask that you wipe down the machines and put your stuff back. The lighting is bright and keeps you awake during those early morning sessions. Being near Ramphal Chowk makes it easy for people to stop by on their way home from the market. It is a real neighborhood spot that doesn't try to be anything it isn't. Just a practical place to get your fitness in for the day.
