We are located in East Uttam Nagar, specifically at E-7/1 and E-7/2 on the third floor. The easiest way to find us is to look for the Gupta General Store, as we are right there on the front side of the block. Being on the third floor means quite a few steps every morning, which definitely keeps us awake. The area is always crowded, with vendors and shoppers everywhere, so there’s a lot of energy right outside our door. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some basic desks and chairs, and a few fans that hum quite loudly when they’re on high. We spend our days managing the paperwork and talking to people who come up to see us. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons because we are on the top floor, but we manage. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a fancy lobby. It’s just a plain room where we keep our records and try to stay on top of things. Sometimes the noise from the street below makes it hard to hear on the phone, so we have to shout a bit. It’s a very local, down-to-earth operation. Most of us have been working together for a while, so there’s a lot of joking around while we work. We focus on getting through the daily tasks without making a big fuss about anything. It’s just our little corner of Uttam Nagar.
