This branch is located in Dwarka, specifically in Sector-6, Pocket 2. If you are familiar with this part of New Delhi, you know it's a mix of residential blocks and small shops. We operate out of 71-C. It’s a standard spot where we handle local courier needs. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day with the vans. We spend a lot of time scanning barcodes and loading crates. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we keep it pretty low-key. The air conditioning sometimes struggles in the Delhi heat, but we make do. Customers come in with all kinds of boxes, some poorly taped, some perfect. We help them get the labels right and send them on their way. It’s mostly about logistics and making sure the paperwork matches the boxes. No one here wears fancy suits. We’re in our uniforms, just trying to keep the backlog down. Traffic in Dwarka can be unpredictable, so our drivers have their work cut out for them. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things the slow way, but that’s life. We’ve been at this location for a while. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy. We don't do much advertising; people just know where we are when they have a package to send. We just focus on getting the crates out to the airport or the main hub. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and repetitive work, but it gets the job done.
