Our branch is situated in the Millenium Apartments in Dwarka Sector 9, New Delhi. We are in Block 2, Plot 2, specifically at unit 2/303. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit different than being in a main commercial hub or a market. The apartments are nice, and it is a bit quieter here than in other parts of the city which makes it easier to focus on the tasks. We have converted the space into a functional office where we handle the logistics and all the necessary paperwork. It is mostly just us sitting around the desks with our laptops and a few printers that seem to run constantly throughout the day. Dwarka is quite spread out, so we spend a lot of time mapping out routes for the couriers to take. The office has a very lived-in feel to it, which we prefer over something cold and empty. We have got our own little kitchen area where we make coffee and take short breaks when things get slow. It is not a place with a big reception desk or security guards standing at the door. People usually just ring the bell if they need to drop something off or ask a question. Sometimes the Delhi power cuts happen, and we just have to sit there and wait for the generator to kick in so we can finish our work. It is a lot of keeping track of numbers and answering the same questions over the phone. We are just a small team.
