Exl Logistics is located in New Delhi, specifically in the 110070 zip code area. Pawan Pandey and Mr. Ved Prakesh are the ones who usually handle everything that comes through the door. Our setup here is pretty basic. We are in a part of Delhi that stays quite busy all the time, so there is always some noise coming in from the street outside. We do logistics, which mostly means a lot of coordination between people who have stuff to send and the people who have the trucks to carry it. It is definitely not a glamorous job. Most of the time we are just sitting here staring at spreadsheets or talking on the phone to find out why a certain shipment is stuck at a border. Our office isn't anything to brag about to your friends, just some sturdy desks and a lot of paper files. We have been at this location for a while now and we have learned how the system works in this city. Some days everything goes exactly right, and other days the traffic or some missing paperwork makes everything a total mess. We just take it as it comes and try not to get too stressed out about it. We are not about making big promises or using fancy talk. We just do the work. It is a small operation and we know our customers. That is how we like to keep it.
