Evolve Design

Evolve Design is based out of the Marble Market in Mangolpur Kalan. We are at Khasra No 46 in A Block. Being in the Marble Market means it’s always a bit dusty and there is always the sound of stone being moved around. It’s a very specific kind of place to work. We have our little space among all the slabs of stone. We do design work, which might seem a bit different for this area, but it actually fits in quite well. We work with what’s available and try to make things look right. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some samples, and a lot of drawings laying around. We don’t have a receptionist or a coffee machine for guests. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us hunched over a table or talking on the phone with a supplier. We aren't interested in being a big fancy firm. We just like the process of figuring out how a space should look and then helping make it happen. Most of our clients are people who are already down here looking at materials. They see our sign and come in to ask a few questions. We give them our honest opinion and go from there. It’s a down-to-earth way of doing business and it seems to work for the people in this part of town.
