Euro Merchandise India Ltd is tucked away in Dashrathpuri, right off the main Dabri Palam Road in New Delhi. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how the traffic can get. The noise from the main road usually filters into our building at D-24, but we have gotten used to it over the years. It is a practical space where we manage our inventory and talk to our suppliers. The floors are a bit worn down from people moving crates around, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it serves its purpose. We have a small crew here, and everyone knows their job. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or shiny signs because that is not really how we operate. Most of our day is spent dealing with the logistics of moving goods across the city or further out. Sometimes the humidity in the summer makes the office feel a bit tight, so we leave the door open to catch whatever breeze comes off the street. We drink a lot of tea while we look over the shipment logs and figure out the schedules. It is a very down-to-earth environment. There are no long meetings about goals or visions, just regular people trying to keep the business moving in a crowded part of the city. We have been here at this 110045 address for a long time, and we like the neighborhood feel.
