eSpaces Architects

We’ve been working out of this lower ground floor office in Safdarjung Enclave for a while now. It’s a busy spot near B-6/109, and honestly, the light isn't always great down here but we make it work. Most days are just us sitting at the desks sketching or looking at site plans on the computers. People sometimes walk right past the entrance because it's tucked away, but we like the quiet of the basement level. eSpaces Architects is basically a small team trying to get through the daily grind of drawings and site visits. There’s usually coffee mugs everywhere and rolls of paper stacked in the corners. It isn't a fancy studio with glass walls or anything like that. We just focus on the projects that come through the door. Safdarjung is a good neighborhood to be in because it's central, even if parking is a nightmare sometimes. We’ve gotten used to the sounds of the street above while we work on our designs. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we spend too long debating a small detail on a floor plan, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't have a big reception area or a secretary. If you come by B-6/109, you’ll probably find one of us answering the door ourselves. It’s a straightforward setup. We do our work, talk to the contractors, and try to keep things moving. It's a bit crowded with all the samples and files, but it feels like home.
