Era Construction India Ltd.

Out in Najafgarh, at 67A, J Block in Dharm Pura, is where Era Construction India Ltd. is located. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from central Delhi, but it’s a good place for us. We have been working in this area for a long time and we know most of the streets and neighborhoods around here pretty well. Our office is just a plain building where we do our planning and keep our records. It’s usually a bit messy with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks laying around. We aren't really the type to care about having a polished look. We care more about whether the trucks are loaded and if the weather is going to hold up for the concrete pour. Most of our days are spent on the move, going from one site to another to see how the walls are coming along. We have a small group of workers who have been doing this for years, and they are the ones who really get the hard stuff done. We just try to keep everything organized so they can do their jobs. It’s a lot of sweat and sometimes a bit of stress when things don't go as planned, but that's construction for you. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving forward in the best way we can.
