Our office is at F-128 Bhikaji Cama Place in Mohammad Pur. It is on the first floor and the stairs can be a bit of a workout if you’re coming up and down all day. Elite Force Solutions Pvt Ltd is basically a small team of us handling security and manpower stuff. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood is always humming with people. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to the guards we have out at different sites. It’s not a fancy setup. We have some old desks and a lot of logbooks piled up. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone comes in at once to get their assignments or pick up their pay. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just know us from around the area or one client tells another. We try to keep things simple and just make sure people show up for their shifts like they are supposed to. Some days are longer than others, especially when someone calls in sick last minute and we have to find a replacement fast. It’s a lot of juggling schedules and making sure everyone is where they need to be. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the paperwork. It’s just how we run things. We’re just regular folks trying to do a decent job for the people who hire us. It's practical work and it keeps us busy.
