This office is over in Naraina Vihar at Wz-548 B. We are located care of O.P. Verma. It is a decent spot in a good part of the city. We spend our days sorting through parcels and making sure the cargo is ready to go out on time. Being in Naraina Vihar means we see a lot of local residents coming in to send things to their kids or relatives. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have big deliveries arriving at the same time. We have a small counter where we talk to the customers and some storage space in the back for all the boxes. It is not a corporate headquarters or anything like that. It is just a local branch where we do the daily work. We had a few issues with the rain leaking in near the front door last month, but we put some sandbags down to stop it. It is just the usual stuff you have to deal with when running a place. We try to be helpful when people ask about their tracking numbers or shipping times. Sometimes the computer system is slow or down, and we have to write things down by hand. We just do our best to keep things moving along. Most of us have lived in New Delhi our whole lives, so we are used to the pace of things here. We just show up and do the job.
