Our place is located in Palam Colony, right in the mix of everything here in New Delhi. Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd has been running out of this spot for some time. It's a bit of a crowded area near the Haryana border, but that’s just Delhi for you. We handle a lot of packages and bigger cargo stuff too. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a counter and some shelves for sorting. Some days the mail piles up high and we have to move fast to get it all out on the trucks. We get a lot of regulars from the neighborhood dropping off gifts or papers. It gets loud outside with the traffic, so we usually keep the door shut. Most of us have worked here long enough to know the routes by heart. We don't use a lot of fancy tech, just the basics to keep things moving. Sometimes a delivery takes a bit longer if the weather is bad, but we tell people straight. It’s a practical business.
