Ds Constructions

Dwarka is a well-planned area, which makes it a bit easier to get around than the older parts of the city. We’ve got a small office here where we keep our files and meet with people. It’s nothing fancy, just a room with some chairs and a map of the local sectors on the wall. We mostly work on residential projects around this side of Delhi. Whether it’s fixing up a kitchen or working on a new floor, we stay pretty busy. The team consists of a few skilled guys who have been in the trade for a long time. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling other neighbors about what we did for them. I usually spend my mornings checking on the current sites and the afternoons here in Ayudh Vihar answering calls and sorting out the payroll. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure materials arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes the trucks get delayed in traffic, which throws off the whole schedule for the day. That’s just how it goes in Delhi. We try to keep things moving as best as we can without making it too complicated.
