D.S. Constructions Ltd. Gurgaon

D.S. Constructions Ltd. Gurgaon is actually based out of a house in Dhansa, New Delhi. It’s House Number 37. If you know the V.P.O Dhansa area, it’s pretty much a typical village setup that turned into a residential pocket over time. We aren’t in one of those high-rise glass buildings you see in the main city. This is just a regular place where we get our work done. Arun and Anil Kaushik run things here. Usually, there is a lot of paperwork on the tables and some maps pinned up on the walls. The street outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, and there is always someone moving around. It’s quiet in the mornings, but by noon, it gets busy with people coming in and out for various things. We’ve been here for a while now. The office is basically a room converted to handle the construction business. It has some chairs, a few computers that have seen better days, and a lot of registers. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with sites in Gurgaon, even though we are sitting here in Delhi. It takes a bit of a drive to get to the actual projects, but this is our home base. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. If you come by, you will probably just get a glass of water and see us working. It is practical and it works for what we do. We just try to keep the projects moving.
