Our office is located at 150/B W-2, Mehrauli, New Delhi-100030. It’s an interesting part of the city with all the history nearby, though we spend most of our time inside at Dongnam Logistics India Pvt Ltd. The space isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and the few computers we need to keep things running. We deal with moving goods across borders and locally, which involves a lot of paperwork that seems to never end. There’s a bit of a draft from the window during the winter, so we all wear our sweaters inside. The street outside can get quite crowded with people and rickshaws, especially in the afternoons. We aren’t a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees; we’re just a small group trying to keep the logistics side of things organized. We usually bring our own tiffins for lunch and eat together. It’s a simple setup without any bells and whistles. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most of the people who work with us found us through word of mouth or because we’ve been in the area for a while. Dealing with customs and transport can be a headache, but we’ve learned how to navigate the system over the years. It’s just regular work for regular people.
