Down in Dwarka, specifically in Sector-6 Pkt-2, you’ll find the Dlf Laing O Rourke(India)Limited office at 91-A. Dwarka is a huge place with all these sectors and pockets, so finding us the first time can be a bit tricky if you aren't looking closely at the signs. We’ve got a decent setup here. It’s a practical space. We don’t have much in the way of decor, just the essentials like desks, computers, and a printer that occasionally jams. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the main city. We handle a lot of the India-wide planning from this spot. Usually, the day starts with checking emails and seeing what's happening at the various sites. There are plenty of parks around, which is nice for a quick walk during lunch. We aren't a big corporate hub with hundreds of people. It’s a small, dedicated group. We talk about the projects, have some tea, and deal with whatever issues come up that day. The Delhi sun can be tough, but the office stays relatively cool most of the time. It feels like a standard Delhi workspace. We don’t put on airs here. We just focus on the engineering and the numbers. That’s basically what we do. It’s a steady routine. Nothing too flashy, just work. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the schedule.
