We’re located over at Gaurav Apartment Phase-I in Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi. Our office is on the second floor of building D-3, right at 22A. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it feels a little more relaxed than the big commercial hubs. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually full of people and small shops. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a kitchen area where the kettle is always on. We handle a lot of the local administrative stuff for Dish Tv from this branch. It’s mostly about keeping track of accounts and making sure the paperwork is in order. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. When people come by, they’re usually looking for help with their service or just have a quick question. We try to be helpful without making things too difficult. The team here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. It’s a steady pace of work. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve gotten to know the regular faces in the neighborhood. It’s just a normal day at the office for us, nothing more and nothing less. We keep the files sorted and the phones answered until it’s time to go home and beat the Delhi traffic.
