Dhoot Developers

The Dhoot Developers setup is located in Vasant Kunj, over in Sector B, Pocket 2. If you are familiar with the layout of New Delhi, you know that this specific area is a bit more spread out and quieter than the middle of the city. We work out of house number 2267. It is a plain, functional place where we take care of all our development projects and the mountain of paperwork that comes with them. We are not a giant firm with hundreds of people in suits. It is just a small group of us here making sure the construction schedules, site plans, and budget details for 110070 are all in order. Dealing with property development in a city like Delhi takes a lot of patience and a lot of phone calls. There is always a new permit to apply for or a contractor who needs to be checked on. We spend a good portion of our day huddled around the big table in the back room looking over blueprints. The office is usually a bit messy, filled with samples of floor tiles, bricks, or paint colors we are considering for our various sites. It is definitely not a fancy showroom designed to impress visitors. It is a place where the actual work of planning buildings happens. Being in Vasant Kunj is helpful because it is easy enough for us to reach our different project sites from here. Most people find us because someone else told them we do a decent job.
