Dhl Express

Our office is tucked away in Dwarka, specifically at House 304 inside Eil Apartment. It is a bit different from the huge warehouses you might imagine when you hear about express delivery. Being based here in New Delhi-110045 means we are close to a lot of the residential areas, which makes it easier for locals to find us. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking the computers to see where everything is. Logistics is a messy business sometimes, with delays and paperwork that never seems to end. But we keep at it because people need their stuff. It’s a quiet building most of the time, though it gets a bit noisy when the courier bikes are coming and going. I’ve lived in Delhi my whole life and moving into the Dwarka area was a good move for the business. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It is just a functional room with desks and a lot of coffee being drunk. We focus on getting things sorted and sent out as quickly as the traffic allows. The guys here work hard, even when it’s hot or raining outside. We just keep things simple. No fancy talk, just a focus on the daily tasks at hand. It’s a regular job for us, and we take it one day at a time. The apartment block is easy to find once you get into the main gate of the complex.
